This localized focus allows us to maintain a consistent timeline and adhere strictly to the Sale of Goods Ordinance of Hong Kong, ensuring that all items provided are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Section 2: Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Service Territory: Our logistical operations are strictly focused within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to ensure efficient handling and localized support.
  • Order Preparation: We dedicate 1 business day to the quality assessment and packaging of your selection.
  • Operating Hours: Fulfillment activities occur from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM HKT, excluding public holidays.
  • Transit Timeline: Once handed over to our logistics partners, the typical transit time spans 1 to 2 business days .
  • Total Estimated Window: Shoppers should anticipate a total window of 2 to 3 business days for their order to arrive at the designated Hong Kong address.
  • Payment Collection: Delivery is completed via a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, where the full price shown at checkout is collected in person by our delivery personnel.
  • Cancellation Limit: You may request to cancel an order during the preparation phase; however, once an item is dispatched to our transit partners, the order cannot be halted.

Section 3: Payment Protocols

Our transaction model is structured around Cash on Delivery (COD) . This means that no electronic payment is required at the time of checkout on our website. Instead, the full transaction amount is collected in person at your doorstep during the moment of physical delivery.

We prioritize transparency in our pricing; the price displayed on your order confirmation is the final amount you pay. There are no hidden fees, restocking costs, or additional shipping charges added to your total.

Please ensure that the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of our logistics partner. Since we do not collect billing details during the checkout process, this model provides an additional layer of data security for our users.

Section 4: After-Sales

We provide a 30-day return window that begins the moment your package is delivered. We accept returns or exchange requests specifically for items that arrive damaged, are incorrect, or do not fit as described. If you encounter these issues, please contact support@yorovague.com to initiate a resolution.

  • Logistics of Returns: We will arrange a courier pickup at your location at our own expense. There are no fees for this service.
  • Inspection: Once the item is returned to our facility, we require 24 hours to inspect its condition.
  • Resolution: If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refund Process: Since our initial transaction is COD, we will contact you via email to request your bank details for a manual transfer. Once initiated, the funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 6 business days, depending on your banking provider’s internal processing times.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order only before it has been handed over to our logistics partners. Once an item is dispatched, order cancellations are not possible.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind. We encourage all shoppers to review their selections thoroughly before finalizing an order.
